The project

One place that does not send people away.

Acute care, long-term support and research on one site rather than three. The figures below stay empty until a filed document backs them.

Mental Health Projects

Three parts, one building

Open and secure units

Voluntary treatment and closed-ward care under one roof. A change in a patient condition should mean a change of care, not a transfer to another institution and another waiting list.

To be published in early 2027

Centre for the elderly and excluded

Support aimed at older people living alone and at people without a stable address or income, who in practice reach mental health care last or not at all.

To be published in early 2027

Research unit

Built into the hospital rather than bolted on, so findings reach the ward and the ward reaches the findings.

To be published in early 2027

Where, when, how much

The parts we cannot yet put in writing.

A capital project is judged on its numbers. Ours are not settled, so they are shown as empty fields rather than estimates dressed up as facts.

First patients

Public fundraising opens in 2027. Until then the foundation is not collecting money for the build.
