As of April 2025, our team has entered a new chapter of leadership, aligned with a long-term vision to grow and welcome new specialists dedicated to fulfilling the Foundation’s mission.

At the helm of our organization is Wojciech Skwirowski, leading the Foundation with a strategic, human-centered approach. The Scientific Research Team is headed by Monika Bar, a psychologist and Gestalt psychotherapist with extensive experience in academic research in the field of mental health.
