European Mental Health Foundation » Changes in our C-Level Team!

We are honored to announce that, following extensive discussions and strategic planning regarding the future development of the Foundation, we have entrusted the leadership of the European Mental Health Foundation to Wojciech Piotr Skwirowski — a professional whose profile and values align perfectly with our mission.

Wojciech brings extensive experience in building and scaling organizations, having served as Chief Financial Officer, Head Accountant, and HR Director in both local and international institutions. He holds an MBA as well as academic degrees in political science, psychology, accounting, and aviation law.

Wojciech was selected for his deep empathy, strong understanding of the Foundation’s needs and challenges, and for presenting the most compelling strategic plan for the years ahead to the selection committee.

We are also proud to welcome Monika Bar as our new Head of Mental Health Research. Monika is a psychologist and Gestalt psychotherapist with broad experience in academic and scientific research, including her previous role as Head of Research at the Polish Airspace Foundation. She is currently pursuing a PhD in Quantum Psychology at the University of Jaipur (India), and is a graduate of the SWPS University of Social Sciences and Humanities in Warsaw. She has also completed various programs at Harvard University, the University of Maryland, as well as institutions in Israel and Hong Kong.

Outside of her professional life, Monika is the proud mother of two sons and a daughter.
